The Experience Distilled team will prepare a formal plan with a path to profitability and success. Review short-term and long-term company strategy.

5. Milestone Map

With everyone aligned, the Experience Distilled Team will help progress the plan and establish responsibilities, KPI's, and scheduled heck ins.

6. Feedback Loop

As milestones are achieved, revisit the plan with a continuous improvement feedback loop. Celebrate the wins when they come.
